Hi I’m Pippa your friendly and professional residential and lifestyle property expert, proudly serving the Thames community and surrounding areas.

Thames has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. As a child, I spent countless hours playing under the pōhutukawa trees at Victoria Park and admiring the villa my father lovingly restored in the 1980s - a historic home originally owned by my great-aunt. Fondly known as the "Gingerbread House," it became a local icon and even featured in TCDC’s promotional material for historic home walks. These deep generational ties have given me an enduring passion for the area and its incredible heritage.

Since returning to Thames in 2015, I’ve enjoyed not only living here but also taking on my own property renovation and subdivision projects. This hands-on experience, combined with my love for design and interiors, allows me to offer clients valuable insights on preparing and presenting their homes to achieve the best results.

Professionally, I bring over 20 years of experience in sales, negotiation, and project management. My background includes residential and commercial landscape construction, business ownership, and real estate sales in Auckland, where I successfully navigated tenders, auctions, and private negotiations. My skills in communication, problem-solving, and customer care are backed by a track record of fostering long-term client relationships and delivering outstanding results.

I’m passionate about health, wellness, and community involvement and love connecting with people from all walks of life. Whether it’s helping you sell your family home or guiding you through your next property journey, my focus is on making the process smooth, enjoyable, and successful.

When not answering my phone, I’m likely to be found in the bush, on the slopes or at the beach. My passion for travelling has led me to wonderful places throughout the world, visiting many third world countries has been relished, along with exploring nature be it on land or in the ocean. My brother and family live up the beautiful Kauaeranga Valley and my sister is in the stunning Queen Charlotte sounds. I also love mooching around second-hand and antique shops, picking up the odd bargain, along with being a bit of a foodie and all be it coffee snob, meeting up with friends and family is a real pleasure.
