A seasoned media sales and marketing professional, Chris leads a team of skilled marketing, web, research and public relations specialists who service the entire network of Bayleys offices. With more than 25 years of media sales, marketing and operational experience under his belt, his previous appointments include the role of sales and marketing director at PMP Print and general manager and publisher at APN’s (NZME) New Zealand magazines division.

An innovative and future-focused marketer, Kim brings ten years’ experience and a strong track record in developing campaigns that grow consumer awareness and sales. Her multi- pronged marketing approach has seen her work with some of New Zealand’s biggest companies across strategy, social media, events, analytics, project management and experiential marketing.
Ian brings 30 years’ property experience to his role as manager of research. Having emigrated from the UK, Ian qualified from North East London Polytechnic with a BSc in land administration and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. His in-depth understanding of the local and global market sees him regularly sought out by the media as an industry commentator.
