Brittany Haitana is joining the Rentals team as the new Property Management Support, she brings a strong people focused approach to her role, supported by a diverse professional background across the health and justice sectors. While new to Property Management, Brittany joins the role with well-established skills in communication, advocacy, and working within regulated environments.

Brittany is committed to delivering clear, reliable service and building strong professional relationships. She brings an organised, approachable, and solutions-focused mindset, with a strong emphasis on communication, follow-through, and respect. She is excited to be joining the Bayleys team, and we are excited to support her career in Property Management.

Outside of work, Brittany is a proud mum and values time spent with her whānau. She enjoys staying active through functional fitness and places a strong focus on balance, energy, and wellbeing, qualities that carry through into her professional life.
