With experience across the wider real estate industry and a solid foundation in residential and lifestyle sales, Felicity Sigley brings a confident and well-rounded skill set to her role as Property Manager. Having completed her Real Estate Level 4 qualification and now holding her REA licence, she understands property from multiple angles and is passionate about helping clients achieve smooth, successful outcomes.

Drawn to the fast-paced and ever-changing nature of property, Felicity thrives on variety, problem-solving, and building genuine connections. Her background in hospitality and retail management has strengthened her time management, communication, and customer service skills, making her calm under pressure, highly organised, and easy to work with.

Felicity chose Bayleys for its supportive, high-performing team culture and its altogether better approach - values that align closely with her own. Outside of work, Felicity enjoys reading, going to the gym, and spending time with her partner, their two cats, and border collie puppy. She is particularly proud of the leap she made from café manager to earning her real estate licence, a testament to her drive and commitment to the industry.

As an avid animal lover and mum to cat Minnie, Felicity is proud to support the SPCA. The SPCA helps protect over 33,000 animals in New Zealand every year. For every house listed and sold, Felicity will donate $100 to the SPCA, which will go towards supporting animals in need.
