Jon leads the operational direction of Bayleys Body Corporate’s building management arm, overseeing service delivery, client relationships, and the continued development of internal tools, systems, and processes. Jon is focused on improving efficiencies, strengthening the client experience, and supporting his team to deliver a consistently high standard of service.

Valuing collaboration, clarity, and open communication, his approach is grounded in treating people the way he would like to be treated, helping him build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.

Outside of work, Jon enjoys fishing, gardening, and supporting the Hurricanes. He calls Huia, West Auckland home, where he enjoys spending time by the coast.
