Karen’s extensive experience in property management has given her a deep understanding of the needs of both landlords and tenants. Known for her professional, honest, and approachable nature, Karen takes pride in delivering exceptional service and making the property journey as smooth and straightforward as possible.

In her role, Karen is responsible for the letting of rental properties and onboarding new property management clients across the Rangitīkei and Manawatū regions. Her wealth of experience, combined with her strong understanding of the local rental market, enables her to provide valuable guidance to property owners and ensure their properties are well positioned from the outset.

Karen holds a Level 4 Residential Property Management qualification and keeps up to date with tenancy legislation, industry developments, and best practices. Her previous experience as a Property Manager and Office Manager has also strengthened her ability to build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively with both clients and colleagues.

Passionate about her local community, Karen enjoys helping property owners make confident decisions and connecting quality tenants with homes that are the right fit. Her attention to detail and commitment to achieving positive outcomes make her a valued member of the Bayleys team.

Outside of work, Karen is a life member and youth hockey administrator in the Rangitīkei area, reflecting her longstanding commitment to her community. She also enjoys spending quality time with her family, particularly her grandson.
