With a career in property management since 2009, Lorraine brings a wealth of experience to her role - beginning in administration and transitioning to Property Manager at Bayleys in 2019. Her progression reflects a strong commitment to the industry and a genuine enthusiasm for the work she does.

Lorraine is known for her proactive approach, exceptional organisational skills, and ability to manage her time effectively. She embraces the fast-paced nature of property management and consistently goes the extra mile to deliver outstanding outcomes for both landlords and tenants.

Professionally qualified, Lorraine holds the New Zealand Certificate in Residential Property Management and has completed the Level 4 course, along with most recently attaining REINZ Residential Property Management accreditation. She places a strong emphasis on building trust through open, respectful communication and values the long-term relationships she develops with property owners and tenants alike.

Outside of Property Management, Lorraine enjoys gardening and spending quality time with her family and friends.
