Highly organised and an effective multitasker, she is dedicated to managing landlords’ properties with care, efficiency, and attention to detail, always focused on protecting and maximising each investment.

Her background also includes skills and qualifications in the mental health and community services sector, reinforcing her empathetic, people-first approach and strong sense of community. Mel values collaboration and believes that working together leads to the best outcomes.

Having enjoyed a long-standing connection to Whitianga since the 1980s, she was a seasonal resident before making the decision to call the town home. Mel is proud to now live and work in a community she has loved for many years.
