As a third-generation real estate professional, Toby comes from a family with longstanding ties to the Bayleys network, with a legacy dating back to his grandfather. Growing up immersed in the industry, he developed a strong understanding of property and a genuine passion for working with people.

Toby began his career as a part-time Support Property Manager, building a strong foundation before progressing into a full-time role. Alongside his hands-on experience, he is further strengthening his expertise through tertiary study at the University of Waikato, majoring in finance and marketing, enabling him to provide informed and well-rounded support.

Joining Bayleys was a natural step, aligning with both his family’s history and his own career aspirations. Working within a large, collaborative team, Toby continues to grow his skills while staying up to date with the compliance requirements of an increasingly regulated industry.

Born, raised, and educated in Hamilton, Toby has strong ties to the local community. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling, spending time with family and friends, staying active through gym and running, and is a proud member of the Marist Rugby Club, reflecting his team-oriented mindset both on and off the field.
