Raj brings over five years of experience in training and development from McDonalds and Novotel, where she built strong skills in communication, relationship management, and helping people achieve their goals. Looking for a new challenge, she transitioned into real estate and eventually joined the team as a Personal Assistant to Brad Running and Kathryn Czepanski. During this time, she has gained valuable industry knowledge and hands-on experience across marketing, administration, client care, and the sales process, providing a solid foundation for her career in real estate.

Now a licensed salesperson, Raj works alongside Brad and Kathryn, helping buyers and sellers navigate their property journey with confidence. Known for her approachable nature, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional service, she is dedicated to making every real estate experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Outside of real estate, Raj enjoys staying active at the gym, exploring nature, and discovering great food. Her passion for connecting with people and helping others achieve their goals is at the heart of everything she does.
