About Raymond

After a long stint in the finance sector, Raymond brings his expertise and passion for supporting people and businesses to the Bayleys in the North team. As Sales Manager for Bayleys Warkworth, Matakana & Omaha offices, along with Rodney rural, he and his teams cover a broad spectrum of the property market, providing custom centric and passionate service to their clients.

Raymond is a consummate professional and a team player – you can expect him to be highly collaborative with his clients to ensure they make well informed decisions and achieve great outcomes. Raymond has proven a track record of thinking outside the box to problem solve and value-add, and he and his team will work hard to get the right results for you.

Having grown up on a North Taranaki dairy farm he knows farming and rural life. What he enjoys most about that country life is the sense of belonging to a community, knowing that amazing things can occur when people can trust each other and that honest hard work is more often than not required to get the job done.

With the farming background, a Diploma in Agriculture, Bachelor of Business Studies, and well over a decade of rural and business lending experience with ANZ & National bank, through both the hard times and the good, you’ll find Raymond is someone you can trust for quality advice to ensure that you make the right real estate decision to achieve your goals.

Outside of work, Raymond lives with wife Georgia and children Harrison and Emily. He enjoys filling his Saturdays during summer playing senior cricket, is a keen mountain biker and is actively involved in junior sports coaching and administration in the Mahurangi region.
