Richard has over 30 years’ experience in the land information industry most recently as a  founder, manager and director of a reputable Gisborne surveying company.

He has accumulated infinite wisdom around land use and property opportunities which will add tangible value to the service he can offer his clients as they progress on their real estate journey.

A founder member of the Wainui Football Club and a former competitive footballer and cyclist, Richard and his family reside in the beachside community of Okitu. They regularly travel to the Pacific islands where Richard’s forebears have strong connections.
