About Ricky

Ricky Wu was educated at Auckland Boys Grammar, he qualified as a solicitor and then completed a degree in psychology but most importantly he has a heart for providing exceptional service. Ricky believes good, honest communication is the foundation for building trust and long term relationships. There is nothing more satisfying for Ricky than to provide an excellent service to his clients. Ricky speaks both fluent English and Mandarin. One of the main reasons he chose Real Estate as a career was to use all of his skills to really help people when they are amidst the process of trying to find their dream home or sell their existing house.

Ricky & Glenn

Ricky’s father, Glenn Wu emigrated with his family from Taiwan in the early 1990s.  Together Ricky and Glenn make a great team.  Glenn is multi-lingual, energetic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated towards achieving results for clients. He is also extremely helpful and committed to his clients when it comes to assisting them to integrate in to New Zealand society.

Whilst Ricky and Glenn focus on gaining great results for their residential clients they also sell commercial property due to Glenn’s extensive knowledge of this market too.

When I decided to sell my property, I did not know anything about how to market a property. But you were very enthusiastic and patient to explain the methods of selling to me. I could see that you were very honest and frank in your recommendations so I decided to accept.

During the marketing campaign I was kept well informed of the process and decisions I had to make. I choose to go with your advice of selling through auction. I was very impressed that you were able to achieve the expected price for my property.

Thank you for the excellent result, your hard work and professionalism in marketing the property. I would not hesitate recommending you to my family and friends.
