After a successful career in the hospitality industry where he owned several businesses, in 2010 Robert Green took on a new challenge entering real estate, an industry similarly focussed on customer service excellence. Over the next 11 years, Robert established an exemplary track record successfully selling quality residential property in the Counties market.
In every way a property professional, with considerable real estate experience and with the introduction of AML legislation, it was a natural next step for Robert to take on the new role of Compliance Manager for the South/East Region ensuring all local agents behave with the utmost professionalism, bringing attention to detail to every listing and adhering strictly to REAA compliance codes.
With a Branch Manager’s licence, and currently studying a Diploma in Real Estate, Robert also lends his property expertise to the covering Branch Manager positions within the Bayleys South/East region. Robert now balances the demands of a high-performing residential sales team while overseeing the day-to-day running of a dynamic office that services both Howick and Takanini.
Robert has an open management style with a focus on the individual growth of team members. He relishes the opportunities presented in today’s property market and enjoys assisting staff to help clients achieve their property goals. The backing of the reputable Bayleys brand enables Robert to enhance the outstanding service he provides to his team and their clients alike. A family brand, he runs the branch as a similarly close-knit team.
People and performance continue to be driving passions for Robert. He is a friendly, skilled communicator forming effective working relationships through the highest level of honesty and integrity that underpin all interactions with team members and clients alike.
Outside of work, Robert considers his greatest achievements to be his marriage of 30+ years and raising two amazing sons. As a long-term resident of Conifer Grove, community involvement in the Papakura area remains key for him. He has been actively involved with local school Boards for both Conifer Grove School and Rosehill College, along with a variety of voluntary work for local initiatives and sporting clubs.
