After a successful career in the hospitality industry owning several businesses, in 2009 Robert Green took on a new challenge entering real estate, an industry similarly focussed on customer service excellence. Over the next 11 years, Robert has established an exemplary sales and management track record successfully selling quality residential property in the Counties market.
In every way a property professional and with considerable real estate experience, the introduction of AML legislation offered Robert the opportunity to upskill in all aspects of AML/FTC compliance. Bringing attention to detail for every listing ensures strict adherence to REAA compliance codes and requirements.
With a Branch Manager’s licence, and undertaking further studies towards a Diploma in Real Estate, Robert can also lend his property and management expertise to covering Branch Manager positions across the Bayleys South/East region.
Robert has an open engaging style with a focus on understanding vendor requirements. He relishes the opportunities presented in today’s property market to assist clients achieve their property goals. Outside of work, Robert considers his greatest achievements to be his marriage of 35+ years and raising two amazing sons. As a long-term resident of Conifer Grove, community involvement in the Papakura area remains key for him. He has been actively involved over the years with school boards for both Conifer Grove School and Rosehill College along with a variety of voluntary work for sporting clubs and involvement in local initiatives.
