It was when Roi was working in sales and liaising closely with real estate companies that she realised she absolutely loved property! After building her first home she enjoyed the process so much that becoming a real estate agent was unavoidable, which is lucky for her clients as Roi’s skills in marketing and selling homes are undeniable.
Roi is a multi award winning Regional Sales Manager for NZME, one of New Zealand’s largest advertising companies, and has over a decade of sales and marketing experience of which the last three years focused on real estate profiling and product development. Whether it’s digital, print or radio marketing, making her clients’ properties shine and reach the right buyers is Roi’s specialty.
Strong problem solving skills are another strength. With a robust work ethic and solution-focused approach, where trust and integrity is at the core of everything she does, Roi works hard with the vendor to achieve their ultimate property goals. In the ever-changing and fast paced world of real estate Roi is constantly expanding her knowledge to provide her clients with the most up-to-date market knowledge and strategies.
In her spare time Roi loves snowboarding and travels to Queenstown every year to hit the slopes. Her favourite way of relaxing is walking all the beautiful coastal walks in Northland and loves taking her blended family of five kids on fun adventures to the snow, camping at Urupukapuka Island in the Bay of Islands, snorkelling at the Poor Knights or campervan road trips to name but a few.
Roi enjoys challenging herself and giving back. She has taken part in an amateur kickboxing fight and fought in a charity boxing match, winning both.
Born and raised in Oakura Bay, Roi sells property along the coastline including Bland Bay, Oakura Bay, Whananaki and Tutukaka. She loves the variety of properties along the coast from an original beach bach to an architecturally designed home. While all very different they have one thing in common - they are someone’s home and Roi considers it a great privilege to work with her vendors to support them in their real estate journey.
