About Rosemary

Rosemary moved to the Central Otago / Lakes District area for the wonderful climate and lifestyle 4 years ago. She was born and grew up in the “big smoke” in Auckland where she worked for the majority of her career as a degree qualified business and legal researcher for top corporate accounting and law firms.

Her love of all things relating to property started from the purchase of her first property and along the way she has bought, renovated and sold cross-lease units, twice been an apartment owner and owned investment property. Along the way she has met and made many contacts in the industry, now friends and learned many important lessons about real estate. She is glad to share her experiences and knowledge of buying and selling residential homes and apartments with her clients. Her natural enquirying mind, her knowledge of property law and her easy-going way with people allows her to listen, then understand what is important for each person when making their key life decisions.

Passionate about Cromwell as a great place to live, an affordable place to buy a home to raise a family, to invest in or to retire to, Rosemary is ready to help people realise their dreams. Rosemary is grateful to have the backing of the successful Bayleys team and her sales partner Doug MacGillivray, the one with many years of selling experience under his belt. Affectionately known as “Team MacGillivray”, they are able to offer unbeatable expertise, value and service together.

Married to David, with one son who attends Cromwell Primary School, Rosemary likes quieter past-times, relaxing outside in her garden, playing tennis, swimming or reading detective novels. She is always eager to support Bayleys nominated charities Make-A-Wish and St John’s Ambulance.
