My primary interest is in the creation of large scale intergrated resorts (branded resort hotels with residential and commercial components) and one of my key roles is to establish the Joint Venture Partnerships required to provide these projects with a financial base through the introduction of capital from individuals, private equity groups and banking channels. My work leads to sales of boutique luxury resorts, internationally brand hotels, and high end residential developments within the overall complex or as stand alone properties.
I work in-conjuction with our key international affiliates Cushman and Wakefield, particuarly the London office, and two other International Real Estate Agency Groups; one with offices located across Asia and the other primarily US based. Global networking and worldwide sales and marketing reach make the job of establishing new projects and their subsequent sales sell down success all the more rewarding in the new economic environment.
In the last 12 months, projects under consideration have been located in several in European and Asian countries, as well as Australia and New Zealand, key international cities, and a number of Island nations, from the Indian Ocean to the North and South Pacific Islands. Relationships continue to be forged with both established and new emerging resort brands.
My 16 years of real estate sales and marketing experience, with a project marketing focus, has included several of New Zealands and the South Pacific's biggest resort projects, their respective retail sales values have been in the range of $NZ1- 1.5 Billion. Investments of NZ$100-300 million have been made into these projects via key international contacts I have been fortunate to meet and introduce to the opportunties. My experience provides JV parties, developers and investors with a overall real estate perspective on project funding, feasibilities, master planning, design, branding, marketing and sales during the course of any project.
