His focus on lifestyle properties, bareland blocks, and his extensive rural background give him a distinctive edge when it comes to understanding the market in which he operates in.

Since beginning in real estate, Sam has worked alongside Chris Jones, creating a strong partnership that consistently achieves excellent outcomes for both vendors and purchasers.
Prior to Real Estate Sam grew up on a sheep and beef farm and went on to complete a Bachelor of Commerce in Agriculture at Lincoln University. He then spent several years managing a farm, an experience that has further strengthened his practical knowledge of the lifestyle and rural sectors.
