Sarah specialises in the sales and leasing of a diverse range of retail properties with a focus on Auckland CBD and city fringe suburbs as well as key retail centres in the Auckland region. She is based in Bayleys Auckland Central in the Viaduct.

Sarah’s expertise in retail sales and leasing includes standalone shops, cafes, restaurants and new developments. She works with her clients to provide a range of services from leasing vacant space, sales of existing buildings and sourcing space for national tenants. Sarah caters to both small and large retailers and tenants in hospitality, clothing, retail, food / drink, gyms, health and beauty.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Marketing and Management and has 10 years’ experience in marketing and advertising industry with a focus on retail brands.
