The recent successful sale of our property was initiated after we made contact with Shelley following our visit to an open home.
Shelley met with us and communicated the sale process very clearly, emphasising the value of selling at auction, a process that we had been sceptical about following experience with earlier sales.
The whole marketing campaign and time line to the auction date was clearly defined by Shelley.
The presentation of the property in the advertising campaign across all media options was excellent and clearly showed the experience that Shelley and her team have in the real estate field, our home could not have been presented better in the media.
Open homes were a great success and the feedback we got was very good, communication was good at all times through the sales campaign.
Buyer interest determined that there would be a lively auction and the outcome proved to be well above our expectations, this very much backed up what Shelley had communicated regards the auction process and her insistence that offers prior the auction should not be considered.

We would like to thank the team at Bayleys for their energy and diligence through-out the marketing and sale process of our property at 17B Alfred Street last month.
In particular, we felt that Shelley Grieve, as the main agent, was the consummate professional par excellence; her pitch to acquire the selling rights was later matched by her hard work and follow through. Communication and updates as to how the property was tracking prior to sale day were clear and indeed regular. Rarely do you find this in a real estate agent.
One matter we do think we would change next time would be to inform the interested parties of vendor price expectations in more certain terms. It appears vendor and buyer expectations were quite some distance apart on sales day. Fortunately though a deal was struck.
We got the impression pretty early on that Shelley genuinely was seeking a result for a client as if it were her own. For these we would engage Shelley again without hesitation to assist in the selling property.
