Simon is a Northern Corridor specialist, facilitating the sale and lease of industrial, office, and retail spaces along Wellington’s Northern Corridor, from Johnsonville through to Kapiti Coast.

Simon has established a variable client base throughout the region, working with both large corporate clients and small to medium sized businesses to satisfy their commercial property requirements. Always putting the needs of his clients first, Simon has consistently delivered excellent results in this changing market. Whether it be placing high quality tenants in secure lease arrangements or diligently marketing and executing sales campaigns, Simon strives to exceed expectations.

A born and bred Wellingtonian, Simon grew up in the Northern Suburbs and graduated from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Commerce. He has an active lifestyle and enjoys any opportunity to make use of a rod or rifle.
