Young and motivated Staci is proud to have brought the superior standard of service upheld by the Bayleys brand to the South Waikato residential and lifestyle market.
A passion for real estate was clear early on for Staci who became a home owner at 20 and a landlord by 23. Staci stepped into real estate in 2006 and has been with Bayleys since 2012. Having worked in various roles within the industry since, she has worked alongside top salespeople and learned from the ground up what it takes to succeed in the industry.
“The real estate industry is an environment I have found challenging but more-so rewarding, there is no better way to know what a community wants than by sitting in the homes of the people within it and guiding them through the sale of what is usually their biggest asset. With the power of the Bayleys brand plus the strength of the Waikato offices behind me I am confident in achieving the very best results for my vendors.”
Considering herself a highly-motivated person while staying calm under pressure, she is able to act quickly and decisively when the need arises. Understanding that a home is likely your biggest asset Staci prides herself in her marketing and organisation skills approaching each property individually with a tailored plan in place while giving her clients as clearer information as possible so they can make well informed decisions.
To concrete her career and open future opportunities within the industry Staci also holds a Level 5 Certificate in Real Estate (Branch Management qualification) bringing further confidence to all her clients and setting the bar high when it comes to service and professionalism in the South Waikato District.
“Real estate is not just my job. It is my career”.
Attracted to the number of lifestyle opportunities the South Waikato provides, Staci lives with her husband, Michael, in Tokoroa. When time allows, they can be found making the most of the sunshine in their boat or at home taking on a new DIY project. Passionate about the town and its people, Staci is also a regular volunteer at the Tokoroa Foodbank where she enjoys meeting new people while giving back to the community.
“Having lived in Tokoroa for the last 10 years I am proud to call myself a local, the affordability and lifestyle opportunities our district provides make those from the bigger centers envious – this is why our towns are growing and why the energy in the streets is coming alive once again. The central location and the ease for commuters along with the nationwide increase of property prices has brought an influx of people to our district. These people are seeing the value for investment and are happily spending money on improvements to tidy their homes, lifting the overall appeal in our towns.”
