With twenty-five years in hospitality management under his belt, Steve Colthart is well equipped for a career in real estate. Steve grew up around real estate – his mother forged an impressive career in residential sales. This coupled with having bought and sold personal family homes in Auckland since 2007 means Steve well understands how the properties we live in affect our overall wellbeing. Today he utilises this knowledge to make thoughtful suggestions to improve a property’s saleability when working with his clients. Through Steve’s diverse, people-orientated background, he is well-equipped to make the process of buying and selling homes stress-free and enjoyable for all involved.
Outside of work Steve can be found reading, playing snooker, backgammon, squash and tennis, swimming or going on a daily walk with Buddy the Border Terrier.
