Michelle brings a professional, people-first approach to rural and lifestyle real estate, supported by many years working alongside senior executives within some of New Zealand’s largest listed companies.

With a background in executive support, HR and recruitment, Michelle has developed strong organisational, communication and relationship management skills, allowing her to support both clients and campaigns with care and attention to detail.

Originally raised on a dairy farm in the Kaipara, Michelle has always felt a strong connection to rural life. Now living in Bream Bay with her daughter, she enjoys being part of the local coastal and rural community.

Michelle works closely alongside Tracy to help ensure clients feel supported, informed and confident throughout the sales process.
