About Suzy

Suzy has lived in the Leeston area for over 26 years with her husband and she has three grown children. As a long-term resident of the increasingly-popular Selwyn District she has an in-depth understanding of the local area and the market and a wide network of contacts in the rural community.

With a background in travel and education, she is creative and motivated and her greatest strengths are communication and action. She takes her clients ideas and visions and translates them into actions and outcomes. For her vendors that means profitable sales and for her purchasers, it means finding them their dream property, from residential to commercial to lifestyle, at the right price and at the right time.

Suzy’s friendly and approachable manner set clients at ease from the get-go and her honesty and positivity take the stress out of the journey. As her testimonials show, she is utterly reliable and makes the complex more simple.

“I live by the motto ‘Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.’ I strongly believe in being open, honest and upfront. My clients know I have their best interests at heart and I’m putting myself in their shoes, every time.”

Never idle, she is a keen gardener with a thriving garden and runs furniture painting classes. When not moving and shaking in the property market, you’ll find her in the community, with her book club or organising the cooking shed at the annual Ellesmere A & P show. She is an Abbeyfield Committee member, involved in fundraising for elderly care and sponsors the Ellesmere Road Runners.

She is proud to be part of the Bayleys Team and excited to be working out of the newly-established Leeston office where she can see and do more for her local community, every day.
