Tim Bull is a leading figure within Bayleys’ South Auckland Industrial sales and leasing team, bringing over a decade of experience in commercial and industrial property. With a proven track record across Auckland and beyond, Tim has become a trusted name in the market, known especially for his deep expertise in the East Tamaki industrial precinct.

Since joining Bayleys in 2019, Tim has consistently ranked among the company’s top U35 performers, reflecting both his results-driven approach and the value he delivers to clients. His business is built on a foundation of strategic insight, strong market knowledge, and a commitment to exceptional service.

While his official title is Broker, Tim sees himself first and foremost as a trusted advisor. He’s passionate about understanding each client’s unique challenges and crafting tailored property solutions that drive meaningful outcomes. Outside of client work, Tim is a board member of the Business East Tamaki business association and also a key contributor to Bayleys’ internal culture. As Chairman of the U35 Development Group, he leads initiatives in mentorship, training, and team engagement - demonstrating leadership that goes well beyond the deal.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and International Business from both the University of Auckland and the University of British Columbia.
