With a background in sales and customer facing roles, I came into the industry as I saw enormous potential for shifting the status quo. I was stumped by the transactional approach to real estate by many agents where it seemed the objective was simply to pocket a flat fee and move on, instead of a relationship based approach with customer service as the number one driver. Having an agent who is there from beginning to end and beyond and adds value wherever possible seems like a far better game plan. People need to come first and if you really care about your clients and do the little things well then there’s a good chance of having that customer for life. It makes sense to me to do real estate that way.
My value proposition in real estate stems from my ability to deal with people from all walks of life in an engaging and professional manner and do the little things such as remembering people’s names and having a smile on my face as often as possible. People buy and sell from people they like and trust so doing all I can to help the process run smoothly makes a big difference in the buying and selling process.
