Country, Lifestyle and Farm SalesWith a lifetime of working with people across multiple sectors and everyday living in the rural sector, a combination of Tracy’s previous experience and interests helped form a career in rural property sales. Years spent in property management both in the Far North and Whangārei were the root of a natural progression into sales for Tracy.
Having gained excellent communication and negotiation skills stood her in good stead when it comes to building relationships with a vast variety of people.
Time also spent in resort management predominantly at Carrington Resort and Karikari Estate, helped foster these skills. Born and raised on her parent’s sheep and beef farm, Tracy demonstrates grass roots reliability and a strong work ethic.
Growing up the old fashioned farming way, spending hours after school and weekends fencing, spraying, drafting and mustering King Country Hills by horse back. Country runs her blood.
Now living on a lifestyle block in Whangārei, Tracy is largely involved in equestrian activities where she is an avid member of Northland Hunt and a keen show jumper, and supporter of an eventing team. Bayleys stood out to Tracy through their people and professional approach to ensuring those representing the brand are well equipped and supported to do the job.
