Aaron Greenhalgh is a Registered Valuer within the Bayleys Valuations team. His primary focus is on the commercial and industrial market across the greater Auckland region, where he works with a range of private and corporate clients.

Following completion of a Bachelor of Property and Bachelor of Commerce conjoint degree from the University of Auckland, Aaron joined Bayleys as a graduate valuer before gaining registration.

Aaron has experience undertaking valuations for a range of purposes, including mortgage security, acquisition and disposal, rent reviews, insurance cost estimates, and portfolio valuations for financial reporting.
