Allister commenced his career as a Property Valuer in 1996 having subsequently worked in Auckland, Wellington, Hawkes Bay and the United Kingdom. He has valued a wide variety of residential and commercial properties, public sector assets, lifestyle properties, developments and specialised properties.

Allister currently completes commercial, lifestyle and residential valuations for both private and public sector clients for market, rental, insurance and compensation purposes predominantly within the Hawkes Bay region and at times other New Zealand locations.
