Brendan joined Bayleys Valuations Limited’s Wellington commercial team in April 2025 as a Graduate Valuer, primarily under the tutelage of Paul Butchers. Prior to his current role, Brendan gained hands-on experience as a Property and Facilities Manager overseeing suburban mall complexes in multiple locations nationally. His current role focuses on the retail, industrial, and commercial sectors within the wider Wellington region, populating market data, drafting valuation reports, and assisting other valuers when required.
