Chris possesses over three decades of experience in the valuation industry. He attained Registered Valuer status in 1999 and was subsequently admitted as an Associate of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers in 2011.
He has developed a comprehensive valuation portfolio, encompassing a diverse range of property types and valuation purposes. His professional engagements include acting as a residential panel valuer for the major trading banks and various government departments, as well as undertaking market and insurance valuations across multiple asset classes. These include multi-unit residential developments (such as apartments and townhouses), investment property valuations (home and income, and multi-flat properties), single dwellings, lifestyle properties, unit title apartments, cross lease properties, company share properties, and vacant land. Additional valuation work includes part-land valuations, compensation valuations, landslip-related valuations for the Natural Hazards Commission, ownership interest assessments, and matrimonial property valuations.
