David is a Senior member of the Property Institute of NZ (SPINZ) and an Associate member of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI). He is part of the broader Australasian Plant, Equipment and Infrastructure Valuation (P&E) team, focussed on providing services to private clients, government, and financial services sectors. His time is spread across New Zealand and Australia, and he often undertakes valuation projects further afield, including the South Pacific, Asia, The Americas and the Middle East.

David has more than 35 years of experience as a respected P&E valuer and advisor. He is a Registered Plant and Machinery valuer and a specialist in his field providing; insurance, financial reporting, stamp duty (Australia), financial security, insolvency, family law, building componentisation, market valuations, fixed assets registers, mergers, acquisitions, and disposals to a wide range of clients.

He has provided services to substantial operations, and national and international infrastructure portfolios including; BP Australia, Fonterra, Bright Food Group, Lion, Australian Defence Force, Fletcher Building, Air NZ, Port of Melbourne (Corporation), Lite n Easy, Queensland Hydro, Crasborn Fresh Harvest, MSF Sugar, Telecom Fiji, Sheraton Hotels & Resorts, George Weston Foods, Carlton United Breweries, and MSF Sugar.
