Stan has recently joined the Bayleys Wellington Commercial team as a Debt Advisory and Valuation, bringing more than 35 years of experience across corporate lending and funds management. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Marketing, along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Finance.

Prior to joining Bayleys, Stan was a Client Director at ASB Corporate Bank in Wellington, where he led a team responsible for the origination, structuring, execution and portfolio management of a wide range of debt products, including corporate, leveraged and acquisition finance.

Stan has also held senior roles in funds management, including Senior Equities Portfolio Manager at AMP Capital, where he specialised in company valuation and value creation. Earlier in his career, he worked with leading international banks such as Morgan Stanley in London, focusing on tradable debt products.

With strong analytical capability and a deep understanding of business models, Stan supports clients in making informed commercial decisions and delivers tailored, high-quality outcomes.
