Steve has over 40 years’ experience as a Plant and Machinery Valuer and Auctioneer in Australasia and Europe. He has valued assets across all industrial sectors, with specialist expertise in construction, viticulture, brewing, retail, engineering, hospitality, farming, education, and research. His extensive valuation experience includes insolvency, market value, financial reporting, tax, and insurance.

A respected contributor to the profession, Steve has been Chair of the Plant & Machinery Valuation Institute since 2017. He also previously represented the Plant & Machinery sector on the Property Institute of New Zealand (PINZ) main board for five years.
