With over 40 years of experience in the property industry, Tim is a seasoned and respected registered valuer who brings deep expertise and a genuine passion for property to his role as Director of Valuation & Advisory Services at Bayleys Valuations Wellington.

Tim specialises in commercial, industrial, retail, and specialist property valuations, offering trusted advice for financial reporting, rental assessments, and market and insurance valuations. He also has experience in rental arbitrations and expert witness appearances. His career has taken him from private practice in Dunedin - where he spent more than 25 years building strong client relationships and tackling a wide range of urban valuation work - to leading the Value and Risk Advisory team at JLL Wellington for over a decade.

Joining Bayleys in May 2025, Tim is known not just for his technical knowledge, but for his collaborative approach and commitment to delivering clear, reliable insights that help clients make confident property decisions.
