With more than two decades experience in the real estate industry, Warwick Kerr is a seasoned and proven agent in the Southern Lakes Region. He has built up enviable local knowledge and networks across the commercial, industrial, lifestyle, residential and investment property markets and having weathered numerous property and economic cycles, is well-placed to provide a trusted take on the current market.
Working to exacting personal and industry standards, Warwick is a valued member of the Bayleys sales team where he can leverage off the influence the reputable Bayleys brand has in the national and international property arena.
Warwick maximises the profile and value of his clients’ properties through innovative marketing initiatives designed to capture the best buyer in the most optimal timeframe, and to attain an outstanding result.
Prior to his career in real estate, Warwick graduated from Otago University with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery and practised in New Zealand and overseas. His empathetic chair side manner and strong listening and communication skills have transferred brilliantly to the world of property where building lasting client relationships is the hallmark of a reputable agent.
Since buying his first two rental properties while at Otago Boys High school in Dunedin for the princely sum of $18,000, Warwick’s fascination with the real estate sector has evolved and he genuinely enjoys helping his clients to achieve their personal property goals regardless of where they sit on the real estate ladder.
“I have lived in the Wakatipu since the mid 1990s and have acquired considerable knowledge with industrial/commercial, lifestyle, residential and investment properties. I was instrumental in establishing the Queenstown Bayleys Franchise which opened in January 2000 and remained owner and partner in the firm for many years.”
A committed advocate of the Southern Lakes lifestyle, Warwick champions the benefits that living and investing in the region can bring. He’s keen on skiing, walking, tramping and fishing in the pristine local environment and is a member of the Arrowtown Golf Club.
