Wayne Scurrah has been very active and hugely successful in the commercial sector of day to day business. He is consistently a high achiever and top performer year on year.

Wayne is a senior broker in the Commercial & Industrial Team at Bayleys working with the Hotel Tourism, Waterfront, Business Sales and Hospitality teams.

Although new to the Bayleys organisation he is working hard to capitalise on his commercial business acumen whilst maintaining consistent engagement and relationship commitment amongst his NZ wide client base.

Wayne has broad range of skills and experience in many different business sectors including grocery, health & beauty, hardware, sports, stadia, hospitality and property sales.

Wayne has brokered many deals with many different organisations in his successful career over the past 25 years notably with the NZ Warriors, North Harbour Stadium, Watson Bloodstock, Te Hihi Estate, Schwarzkopf, and a key board position with Soul Bar and Restaurant.
