Known for her warm, genuine and no nonsense approach, Wendy puts the emphasis on establishing a rapport with her clients early on and maintaining open communication channels throughout the sales process. Wendy keeps in contact with a database of past, current and potential clients and understands the advantages of a well thought out marketing campaign. She regularly attends training seminars to keep up to date with industry best practice and stays on top of news and data relating to the property market. Living locally, Wendy has a firm knowledge of the Cambridge Waipa area and proactively passes this information on to her clients.
Coming from a predominantly rural background, Wendy has owned and worked her own dairy farm in Coastal Taranaki and worked in the horticulture industry in the Bay of Plenty. Wendy has worked in the Real Estate industry since 2003, three years selling farms and lifestyle blocks in and around Cambridge, a further five years in Whitianga in administrative/management positions within the Real Estate Industry. In 2013 Wendy returned to Cambridge and has taken up a position selling rural and lifestyle property.
Wendy believes her background in both farming and real estate has given her full knowledge of the marketing and sales process and an understanding of the internal and external challenges of rural living making her experiences beneficial to all her future clients.
Her experience with a diverse range of people means she is quick to build a strong rapport.
Wendy was engaged to sell the family property this year. She ran a very successful marketing campaign which cumulated in an auction sale. She used several platforms to sell the property; letter box mail out, newspapers, the internet and personal contacts to clients.
We were impressed with her professionalism and she kept us informed with progress reports on the way the campaign was going.
We would not hesitate to recommend her to handle either your sale or purchase of a property.
