About Yao

Yao started at Bayleys in May 2018 as a Property Management Cadet and Personal Assistant to Anna Zhou. Under Anna’s tutorage, Yao flourished, and in October 2019 she was promoted to Property Manager, and she now manages her own portfolio.

Yao previous role was as an operator for inbound and outbound travel. This role is very customer service focussed, which compliments her current role as a Property Manager. Yao excels at providing quality service to both her tenant and landlord clients.

Yao particularly enjoys showing prospective tenants through her properties,  she believes that her strict tenant selection process is the key to her arrears rate being low.

Family is very important to Yao, and as mother of two working full time, she fully understands how to multi task. One of Yao’s favourite pastimes is cooking traditional wholesome food for her family.

Yao’s ability to speak fluent English and Mandarin has proven to be very beneficial in today’s marketplace.
