Bayleys Arrowtown is located on picturesque Buckingham Street right on the main thoroughfare and is the oldest real estate company in town (formerly known as Newman Real Estate), with a team of highly experienced sales consultants.
Fundamentally entrenched in communities throughout the country, Bayleys' people share the genuine family values that the business was founded on in 1969. Since that time Newman Real Estate has supported numerous Arrowtown Clubs, Groups and the Community, and we will continue to do so.
Our philosophy revolves around giving back to the Arrowtown community, some of those include the Arrowtown Golf Club, the Arrowtown Bowling Club, Arrowtown Rugby Club, Arrowtown Pre-School and Arrowtown Autumn Festival.
Relationships matter to us. Service matters to us. Results matter to us.
Proudly and wholly New Zealand-owned and operated, our business model is founded on trust, reliability, discretion and the desire to transcend our clients’ expectations at every stage of the real estate process.
To optimise the value and returns of your real estate assets, you need to partner with a company that can give you the edge in a driven and competitive environment.
We have worked to ensure the Bayleys name is synonymous with showcasing quality property, offering exemplary customer service and above all – the delivery of superior results.
This bedrock reputation underpins our entire business, giving our clients the benefit of a legacy of excellence.
