Originally from Auckland, Sam has always had a passion for property, giving exceptional service, building strong relationships and has been a part of the team at Bayleys in the North Property Management since early 2018.

Sam brings a strong Property Management background to the team with more than eleven years’ experience having worked on the North Shore, West Auckland and in the greater north Rodney Warkworth area as a Tenancy Manager and Property Manager. Sam also holds a Level 4 Certificate in Residential Property Management, ensuring your investment is in expert hands, she is local residing in Mangawhai, is well-known in the community, and knows the area and the local rental market very well.

Sam is professional, has a friendly demeanour, very approachable, and enjoys all aspects of the job making her an invaluable asset. Sam loves living in magical Mangawhai, in her spare time you’ll find walking her chocolate Labrador along the estuary enjoying the outdoors or out fishing with her family on the weekends enjoying all the pleasures Mangawhai has to offer.
